The 2017 Walker Sands Future of Retail study revealed that a whopping 84% of US consumers have made a purchase on Amazon in the past year (and 55% of them were Prime subscribers). What’s more interesting is the consumer exploration & usage in Amazon’s additional offerings, including voice devices (16%), grocery (14% – Pantry, 10% – Fresh) and Dash buttons (5%). Millennials, the first digital native generation of consumers, especially love the way that the buyer experience fits into their on-the-go lives.
