KIT AND ACE NAMES FORMER ROOTS EXEC WENDY BENNISON AS PRESIDENT
Canadian technical apparel retailer Kit and Ace has announced that Wendy Bennison has been named president of the company. Interim CEO Paul Wilson will resume his role as CEO of Hold It All Inc., the corporate parent for Kit and Ace.
At Kit and Ace, she will be responsible for driving the brand to the next level, building on the solid foundation and momentum achieved by the current executive team. The company plans to open 10 more showrooms worldwide by the end of 2016, bring the total number to 60.
Bennison joins Kit and Ace from leading Canadian lifestyle brand Roots Canada Ltd., she served as president and CEO. She was previously SVP at Mark’s Work Wearhouse, Canada’s largest specialty apparel and footwear store network.
