Luxury shirtmaker and menswear brand Ledbury has made two new hires to its sales staff to support its steadily growing wholesale program.

For the fall/winter 2017 buying season expect to see the addition of industry veterans Woody Appleby as the brand’s new Southeast sales representative and Mike Tell as its new Mid-South sales rep.

Appleby is a fashion industry veteran of over 40 years, in both wholesale and retail, including his representation of major brands such as Scott Barber, Bill’s Khakis, Carrot & Gibbs and more. He resides in Charlotte, NC, and is an active member of the Southern Clothing Market within the Southeast region.

Tell is also a fashion industry veteran of over 35 years which includes his representation of major brands such as Jack Victor, Scott Barber, Ballin, Remy, among others. Mike lives in Dallas, TX, where he hosts store appointments and market shows at his showroom at The Dallas Mart.

The two new sales representatives will grow Ledbury’s wholesale team to seven, not including CEO Paul Trible who is heavily involved.

The shirtmaker and menswear brand is seeing significant increases in sales volume – in part thanks to expanded orders in categories outside of shirts. The wholesale division is just a year and a half old, but Ledbury is being sold at Nordstrom and more than 100 specialty accounts.
