MATTEL CREATIONS CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF FRED SEGAL POP-UP

Mattel Creations celebrated the launch of its first-ever physical pop-up shop at Fred Segal last week with special guests stylist and fashion blogger Aleali May, designer Kristopher Kites, and artist Blue the Great. Guests had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the Mattel Creations collectors’ items in the heart of Los Angeles with an upbeat celebration including a special DJ set by Blue the Great. The Mattel Creations x Fred Segal pop-up brings together a specially curated collection of releases from the brands’ elevated platform that offers toys as canvases for creators, artists, and brands to reimagine and re-create some of the most iconic toys in the world. Products available include the Aleali May x Barbie Wardrobe Set, Kristopher Kites x Masters of the Universe ‘Orko’ Chain Necklace, Evan Mock x Hot Wheels 1987 Toyota Pickup North Shore Edition, and the Vera Wang Barbie Doll from The Barbie Tribute Collection.

The Mattel Creations pop-up is now open to the public at Fred Segal on Sunset Boulevard and products range from $30-$575.
