MIANSAI RELEASES SNEAKERS WITH FILA

Fila and Miansai have linked up to launch two limited-edition sneaker styles.

The sportswear brand and Miami-based accessories company have debuted the Fila Targa x Miansai and the Fila Disruptor 2 x Miansai. The shoes are designed in a neutral color palette and incorporate Miansai’s signature screw-cuff design. Available for both men and women, the two styles retail for $110.

“This marks Fila’s first collaboration with a jewelry brand, as we continue to innovate with new and distinctive partnerships,” said Louis W. Colon III, VP of heritage and trend at Fila North America. “Miansai has carved out a unique niche, with designs that double as works of art and serve as the perfect complement to our footwear. We share a passion for craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail, which makes this pairing an ideal fit.”

“Over a year ago, Fila approached us for their first-ever jewelry collaboration,” added Michael Saiger, founder and creative director of Miansai. “We started the design process by going through their archives where we found inspiration from vintage styles and materials. The special-edition Fila x Miansai sneakers are now available exclusively at Miansai.com as well as its New York and Los Angeles flagship stores.
