MMG Advisors Names Mary Ann Domuracki a Managing Director

MMG Advisors, the New York-based investment bank specializing in the fashion business, has named Mary Ann Domuracki as one of its new managing directors.

Domuracki comes to MMG from Financo, where she has been a managing director since 2001. She was the president of Danskin from 1992 to 1998. She has worked on Cherokee’s acquisition of Tony Hawk, Forever 21’s acquisition of Mervyns, Tumi’s capital raise and Li & Fung’s acquisition of Oxford’s women’s business. She serves on the board of The Fashion Group and the advisory board for LIM College.

MMG Advisors was founded by Allan Ellinger in 1989.
