MR PORTER DEBUTS NEW CONTENT SERIES FOR MEN AT HOME
Mr Porter has launched a new content series called “At Home With Mr Porter.” This new social-led content initiative has been developed to inform, inspire, and respond to the men’s online retailer’s readers who are making the most of being at home in the time of social distancing
Mr Porter’s content editors, along with a few of its contributors dotted around the world, have developed a new rhythm of stories and digital programming for its Instagram channel, @mrporterlive, and online magazine, The Journal, to deliver “at home” tips, techniques and wellness practices for its global community.
The aim of the “At Home” series, in line with Mr Porter’s “Health In Mind,” is to help its readers lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives – even while at home.
Past and upcoming “At Home With Mr Porter” programming and stories include regular video takeovers of the retailer’s Instagram channel by actor and filmmaker Paul Feig and Michelin star winning chef Tom Aikens. As well as tips on what to do and how: the books to read, playlists to listen to, recipes to cook and the style it takes to look and feel good indoors.
Additional fresh and archival Mr Porter Health In Mind content including stories on how to deal with anxiety and stress, maintain your grooming routine in self isolation and save your relationship while working from home.
The retailer also noted that it has paused all deliveries as it has temporarily closed its U.S. headquarters and distribution center in New Jersey. While Mr Porter is still accepting orders, items will not be delivered until it is deemed safe to reopen the retailer’s facilities.
thumbs up for Mr Porter, the safety of his customers is more important than profit. It just shows how customers are more important
