Munich, Germany-based online retailer Stylebop.com has announced the appointment of Ronald Burton III as fashion director, joining the business from internationally-acclaimed style publication Document Journal, where he held the title of senior fashion & market editor. This appointment is effective as of September 1.

Relocating from New York to Stylebop.com headquarters in Munich, Burton will lead the global editorial team, tasked with applying his distinctive vision to further developing the website’s visual identity; positioning all fashion content to align with the ongoing evolution of the site’s product mix.

At Document Journal, Burton conceptualized and styled main fashion spreads and features, as well managing and editing all women’s and men’s market and trend content across print and online. He brings with him a wealth of international experience and affiliation with some of the world’s best creative talent.
