ORIGINAL PENGUIN BRAND AMBASSADOR JAKE KNAPP CAPTURES FIRST PGA TOUR VICTORY AT THE MEXICO OPEN AT VIDANTA
Original Penguin, a division of Perry Ellis International, Inc., is proud to congratulate brand ambassador Jake Knapp on securing his maiden PGA TOUR victory at the Mexico Open at Vidanta.
In a thrilling display of power and touch, Knapp navigated the challenging Vidanta Vallarta course with precision and grace, ultimately coming out on top with a two-shot victory. The 29-year-old finished the event second in driving distance and did not miss a putt inside five feet throughout the week.

With the win, Knapp jumped up to eighth in the FedExCup standings and a personal best 52nd in the Official World Golf Rankings. The victory also secured Knapp a spot in the 2024 Masters, PGA Championship, and the five remaining PGA TOUR Signature Events.

I knew it would be nerve-wracking, but I am super pumped with how I played the finishing stretch and was able to grind it out.”
