PVH Restructures Dress Furnishings and Underwear Divisions

PVH has reorganized some of its wholesale businesses, including underwear, sportswear and the Dress Furnishings Group, under Ken Duane, CEO, Heritage Brands and North America Wholesale. The changes go into effect on February 1.

The Dress Furnishings Group – which will no longer include underwear — will consist of Dress Shirts under president David Sirkin (formerly president of Neckwear) and Neckwear under president Molly Yearick (formerly president of Izod).
Geoff Barrett is now president of sportswear, overseeing all Heritage Brands sportswear business, including Van Heusen, Izod, Arrow and G.H. Bass. Barrett was formerly the president of National Brand Sportswear.

Sirkin, Yearick and Barrett (along with Van Heusen Retail president Meg Lachance and Licensing president Ken Wyse) will report to Marc Schneider, Group President, Heritage Brands. Schneider reports to Duane.

The newly formed Underwear Group brings Calvin Klein and two women’s brands into a single division that will now include Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Chaps, Izod, Warner’s and Olga. It will be led by president Cheryl Abel-Hodges (formerly president of Calvin Klein Underwear), who will report to Duane.
Under Abel-Hodges are SVP of men’s underwear sales and marketing Larry Meltzer and president of core intimates Les Hall. Meltzer adds Calvin Klein men’s underwear to his responsibilities and Hall adds Calvin Klein women’s underwear.
