Robert Talbott promotes two, hires four
MONTEREY, Calif.—Robert Talbott has made some new hires and promotions in its merchandising and design teams. Mark Calder has been promoted to creative director and Elizabeth Hoffmann Pintaric has been promoted to merchandise manager. Sylvie Feriani, Milo Ritchey, Christa Baker and Melissa Mergaert have all just joined the company.

Calder was previously the director of design and Pintaric headed product and operations for the brand’s women’s wear business.
Sylvie Feriani will be based in Florence, Italy, managing all sourcing. Milo Ritchey, who has worked for Barneys New York and Urban Outfitters, has been hired as a designer. Christa Baker, previously of the hat brand Goorin Brothers, has been hired as a neckwear designer. Melissa Mergaert, a recent graduate of FIT, is the new design and merchandising coordinator for Robert Talbott women’s wear.
