Saks Off Fifth, the off-price division of Hudson’s Bay Company’s Saks Fifth Avenue business, will open stores in three Ontario cities next spring, the first in a rollout of 25 planned stores in Canada. The stores will be in Ottawa, Niagara-on-the-Lake and just outside Toronto.

The Ottawa store, 28,000 sq. ft., will be at the Tanger Outlets in Kanata. The 32,500 sq. ft. Niagara-on-the-Lake store will be in the Outlet Collection at Niagara—across the border from another Saks Off Fifth that the company opened in the U.S. in 2014. The 35,000 sq. ft. Toronto-area store will be at Vaughan Mills.

“We are extremely excited to be growing the Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth brand by opening our doors to the fashionable residents of Canada,” said HBC’s president of outlets Jonathan Greller. “We have long recognized the tremendous opportunity that the off-price segment represents in Canada and today marks a significant milestone for us. We believe that the incredible product, modern store environment and the great deals that we are known for will truly delight and resonate with Canadian shoppers.”
