Saxx Underwear Names Erik Darby U.S. Director of Sales
Saxx Underwear has named Erik Darby as its U.S. sales director, a newly created position. He will be based in Carlsbad, Calif.
Darby comes to Saxx from Oakley where he was director of sales. He has held high-level sales positions at SPY Optic, Pony and Converse.
“I am excited to add someone with Erik’s experience to the Saxx leadership team,” commented CEO Tim Bartels in a statement. “Erik has managed, led and scaled premium brands in sales leadership roles. Erik will be leading our U.S. sales teams and our multi-channel sales initiatives. This includes leading and executing these initiatives across the sport, menswear and intimates channels.”
Vancouver, B.C.-based Saxx’s underwear features mesh panels for support. The design was invented by outdoor enthusiast Trent Kitsch in 2006.
