This season, Norwegian lifestyle brand SWIMS is ramping up its collection to offer more modern fashionable pieces that are sure to delight your customers. Since reinventing the galosh in 2006, they’ve steadily developed their weather-friendly lifestyle brand into a global vision for contemporary mobility. The brand’s fall/winter 2019 collection, dubbed “Leave Your Mark”, takes design cues inspired by the unlikely pair of Nordic ski gear and downtown attire.

After exploring destinations near and far throughout the warmer months, SWIMS now transitions back to city life for fall, gearing up to revisit a metropolitan, on-the-go lifestyle. The new collection echoes the brand’s “Motion” and “Breeze” collections, breathing an autumnal color palette of navy, olive, night camo, and cabernet into its line of smart, elegant, and weather-friendly products.

“SWIMS has been reinventing classics for over a decade, and this season, we are prepared to leave our mark,” said SWIMS Global President, Jake Brandman. “From the galosh to the raincoat, SWIMS continues to build upon our rich heritage of evolved and elevated footwear and apparel solutions, presenting what we believe to be our strongest collection to date and cementing our place as a global, year-round lifestyle brand.”

Debuting this season, the City Hiker is a staple within the new collection that showcases both versatility and style. Ensuring no cityscape goes unconquered, the City Hiker is sturdy and simple, highlighted by its rubber-coated, pebble grain leather and lined with a breathable knit collar. Waterproof-lining and a gusseted tongue promises comfort and warmth, while a foundational cushioned EVA midsole and rubber outsole offers stability and performance. The City Hiker and its more subtle sibling, the City Hiker Low, boast a SWIMS-printed sole, allowing the modern man to leave his mark while on-the-go. To create the perfect fall ensemble, SWIMS pairs the Zurich II Parka, a redesigned classic featuring its popular three-in-one construction and ideally positioned chest pockets for this season.

The Breeze Tennis Leather is another new addition to the SWIMS’ range of footwear this season. The premier sneaker takes the best of the brand’s reimagined tennis shoe, superior flexibility, airflow and versatility, and adds water-resistant nubuck leather to stay comfortably active in cooler weather. To enhance the look the Breeze Tennis Leather is paired with the Motion Shirt Jacket II, updated with a slimmer fit, contrast lining, new trims and SWIMS’ high-tech Primaloft thermal microfiber; as well as SWIMS’ Belt Bag.

“The SWIMS legacy continues to evolve with our new collection,” says Dien Nguyen, Design Director of Men’s Footwear and Accessories. “This season leaves its mark, showcasing the marriage of utility with smart, weather-friendly style in sleek and versatile silhouettes – from material to construction. Drawing inspiration from Nordic ski gear, downtown attire and a seasonal color palette, our designs communicate style and adaptability without sacrificing comfort, protection or flexibility.”

With style and utility at its core, SWIMS also adds the Basel Raincoat to its outerwear series; no-nonsense and expertly fitted, this light coat is sultry and multi-purpose, crafted from semi-transparent, waterproof material. The Basel Raincoat works in tandem with the brand’s hallmark Galoshes, the Long Umbrella or the Portland II Vest, reinvented for this collection with contrasting lining, all new trims, and a redesigned chest pocket with a zipper.
