THOMAS SABO EXPANDS INTO U.S. MARKET

Thomas SaboInternational men’s and women’s jewelry and watch brand Thomas Sabo is expanding.

On August 16, Thomas Sabo will open its first flagship store outside of Europe in the new Westfield World Trade Center in New York City.

“The opening of our first flagship store in the U.S. is a big step for the company in terms of positioning Thomas Sabo as one of the leading premium jewelry and watches brands worldwide,” said Thomas Sabo, founder and chairman.

In addition, the U.S. wholesale team of the brand has hired Todd Tieche, formerly of Richemont, Morellato and Parmigiani, as it new wholesale director.

“We are pleased to see Todd joining our team. His expertise on the market will support the brand’s overall growth,” said Christoph Gerschütz, Thomas Sabo head of sales U.S. and Canada. “Thomas Sabo also cooperates with industry renowned distributing partners for a fast, continuous and stable expansion across the U.S. We are looking forward to seeing further growth through Todd and his team.”
