Global lifestyle apparel and accessories brand True Religion will launch its first collection for pets. Partnering with Wiesner Products Inc. under its pet division, Paw NYC, the license will cover True Religion-branded products for both dogs and cats, launching in Spring 2024. Products under license include pet apparel, beds, toys, collars, leashes, harnesses, feeders, and cold-weather accessories. Two seasonal collections will be produced annually.

The pet accessories business sees robust growth globally and is estimated to be worth just over $32 billion by 2028, up from $20.5 billion in 2022. True Religion Pets will be available on truereligion.com as well as at select specialty retailers.

“At True Religion, we love our pets. Now they’ll be dressed as stylishly as our customers,” said Michael Buckley, Chief Executive Officer, True Religion. “Wiesner has been a terrific partner to True Religion for many years and we are excited to enter what we all see as a fun—and booming–new business category.”

Wiesner Products Inc. is a New York-based industry leader in the design, marketing, sourcing, and distribution of footwear, hosiery, accessories, sleepwear, apparel, and home goods. It is the licensee for many brands, including Airwalk, Aerosoles, and Sharper Image. Its Paw NYC division specializes in everything cat and dog-related, including beds, toys, apparel, and feeding supplies.

“We know that there are legions of loyal True Religion customers who want their pets to look as distinctive as they do,” said Mike Tawil, VP of Wiesner. “We take great pride in incorporating key trends into our pet products and look forward to bringing to life True Religion’s iconic brand heritage in an exciting and quite frankly, super cute, pet collection.”
