Wolverine’s 1000 Mile Boots Have Been Kicking Since 1914—and They Just Got a Modern Update

Since Wolverine was founded in 1883, the footwear designed for working has changed dramatically. But in all that time, the Michigan-based maker’s 1000 Mile Boot has stayed more or less the same. To commemorate its 140^th anniversary, Wolverine has released a special edition of its most recognizable model, which is priced at $415 and subtly calls back to how the 1000 Mile would have appeared in 1914 when it was first introduced.
