BALENCIAGA RELEASES ‘SOCCER’ SNEAKER

Introduced during Balenciaga’s winter 2020 runway show, the luxury brand’s new “Soccer” sneakers are based on classic field cleats. Lightweight and flexible, these sneakers are made from technical, leather-free materials in matte, monochromatic colors like black, white, and fluorescents.

Intricate topstitching, an elasticized tongue that folds over the front, and round-spiked polyurethane soles add to the echoes of typical soccer footwear, although the Balenciaga Soccer is made for everyday wear as opposed to athletic activities.

Balenciaga Soccer will be available in selected stores worldwide and on Balenciaga.com on September 24th.
