Ryan Lochte is a complex man. Well, no, that isn’t true. But it turns out that he does have interests outside of swimming, chest-shaving, and international intrigue. According to a recent profile in New York magazine, Lochte has something of a taste for fashion. In fact, the former bro-lympian has fantasies about opening up his own store. It will be called Black by Lochte. Why? Because “everything in the store will be black,” he tells the magazine. “Because you know how everyone wears black clothes? Different brands, but all black.” Keep in mind, he’s relating this nugget of info while shopping at Topman with his first ever credit card (at the tender age of 32), so he might not have the financial wherewithal for running a retail establishment.
