BUSCEMI CELEBRATES OPENING OF FIRST NEW YORK STORE

Global design house Buscemi celebrated the opening of its first ever brick-and-mortar flagship store in New York City last night, Thursday, September 8. Guests enjoyed special musical performances by DJ Stretch Armstrong and the Umbrella Boyz.

Located at 47 Wooster Street in SoHo, the new space features the brand’s latest collection of luxury shoes and accessories. The space will also showcase seasonal artist collaborations and special projects. Currently on display are three gold pyramids, the largest of which houses a 100MM sneaker silhouette featuring 175 grams of 18K gold details and 11.50 cts of diamond encrusted closure retailing for $132,000 USD. The shop also houses exclusive products including exotic skins and hand embroidered footwear and accessories for men, women and children retailing from $250-$10,000.

Notable guests included: Dale Moss, DJ Mustard, Scott Disick, Jasmine Sanders, Travis Mills, Sofia Richie, Lais Ribeiro, Black Atlass, Calvin Wang, Young Paris, Harif Guzman, Chaz French, DJ PJ, Stretch Armstrong, Casper Smart, Ellie Stuart Hunter, Waris Ahluwalia, Phillip Lim and Rich the Kid. Attendees also enjoyed drinks from Ketel One Vodka and Kim Crawford Wines.
