CANALI UNVEILS FALL/WINTER 2025 COLLECTION DURING MILAN FASHION WEEK
Extending the notion of personal style to personal space, Canali’s fall/winter 2025 collection pays homage to Brianza (where Canali operates) as a cradle of high-end furniture making. It takes inspiration from interiors – floor patterns, textures, unexpected combinations of materials – and transfers them into items that play with the idea of life in and outside the household, inspiring ways of sporting loungewear.
The concept of lounge formal comes to the fore in fluid coats with belted waists to resemble robes. That same suppleness characterizes the double trench coats and weightless suiting. The donegal texture of the knits and overcoats can also be found on armchairs and pillows. Losanghe taken from inlay floors become jacquards on pullovers and scarves.
The extra light precision of tailoring is the Canali signature that makes all this possible. Bouclé, buttoned, and donegal tweed create three-dimensional effects while freccia patterns recur as quilting on leather blousons. The technical outerwear comes with leather trimmings.
Double unlined constructions remain at the core of Canali’s softness, as seen in the outerwear, tailoring, shoes and accessories. Materials include wool, alpaca, beaver, cashmere and nappa leather. The collection’s color palette ranges from midnight blue to Canali taupe. Black, introduced for the first time, is intended to add sophistication and luster.
By reconnecting man and ambiance, Canali aims to fuse elegance and modernity.
