CARAA PARTNERS WITH BROADWAY CARES ON PRIDE FACE MASKS

by Stephen Garner

NYC-based luxury sport bag brand Caraa has launched a limited-edition version of its best-selling face masks in partnership with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS for Pride month.

Also headquartered in New York City, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is the philanthropic heart of Broadway, helping to ensure lifesaving medication, healthy meals, and emergency support for those across the country affected by HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, and other life-threatening illnesses.

Ten percent of proceeds from the Caraa’s Pride face masks will go to Broadway Cares, with additional support committed to their streaming event Broadway Bares: Twerk for Home on June 20th.

“Supporting the LGBTQ+ community has long been part of Caraa’s DNA and the team we’ve built,” said Aaron Luo, co-founder and CEO of Caraa. “As a team based in NYC, we all have special admiration for the talent and creativity of the Broadway and larger entertainment community, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with an organization that mobilizes that community to offer substantial, tangible support to those affected by HIV/AIDS in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C.”

The limited-edition Caraa Pride face masks are available now exclusively on caraasport.com. There are two color palette options, in assorted woodsy colors and assorted marine colors, with each set of 4 masks retailing for $25 with free shipping in the U.S.
