CFDA to Give Pharrell Williams Fashion Icon Award

The CFDA announced that singer, songwriter, producer and designer Pharrell Williams will receive the annual Fashion Icon Award in June at the organization’s 2015 Fashion Awards.
Diane von Furstenberg, president of the CFDA, said, “If cool was a person, it would be Pharrell, not just for his looks and sense of style but for his kindness and openness. I cannot imagine anyone not seduced by him.”
Previous honorees include Rihanna, Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga, Iman, Kate Moss, and Nicole Kidman.
