CUBITTS EYEWEAR LOOKS AT NEW STYLES FOR 2024

by John Russel Jones

British eyewear brand Cubitts hosted a party on Thursday night at The River, hailed by The New York Times as a downtown haven for the fashion elite. A fusion of eras collided as luminaries from the Andy Warhol era mingled with the effortlessly cool Gen Z fashionistas, creating a vibrant tapestry of style and creativity.

Libations flowed freely, with classic cocktails like old fashioneds and gin and tonics expertly crafted, complemented by trays of hot dogs for a playful touch. DJ Erol Sabadosh set the mood with an electrifying soundtrack, keeping the dance floor pulsating well into the night.\

Conversations buzzed with excitement, as guests exchanged stories and forged new connections against the backdrop of The River’s chic ambiance. Amidst the festivities, an exciting announcement electrified the crowd: Cubitts has now opened at 103 Mercer St, offering both ready-to-wear and bespoke glasses and sunglasses, adding another layer of sophistication to the city’s fashion scene.
