DAVID KOMA RELEASES ITS FALL/WINTER 2025 MENSWEAR COLLECTION

David Koma’s second foray into menswear continues to define the Koma Man. It represents a personal exploration shaped by the designer’s roles as both creator and consumer. The community surrounding the menswear line infuses the collection with harmony. “Flecks” of each collaborator’s attitudes and sensibilities become seamlessly woven into a refined and intimate offering.

This season, the Koma Man’s wardrobe blends strength and sophistication, bridging sports culture with the elegance of contemporary formalwear and the authenticity of casual London wardrobe.

Rugby motifs, inspired by David’s passion for the sport, take center stage with chunky knits subverted in leather and thin, deconstructed cashmere blend t-shirts. Woven badges, a rugby jersey signature, are transformed into intricate organza and houndstooth appliqués, playfully scattered across knitwear. Stadium scarves, symbols of sports fandom, are eveningwear accessories, reimagined in chainmail and crystals and draped over tailored suits. 

The collection also expands its day wear offering, drawing inspiration from the streets of East London. Shrunken checkerboard-striped polos and V-necks exude contemporary ease, while wide-cut tracksuits are offered in grey melange and houndstooth paneling, casual yet sophisticated. 

Building on its menswear signatures, the collection incorporates the shark fin chain motif in new forms, including as print on silk twill shirting and bullion embroidery on outerwear. The recurring garter detail is reinterpreted as rivets on denim and crystal embellishments on tailoring.As the Koma Man’s world expands, so too does the understanding of his identity. Each piece in this collection invites tactile engagement and introspection, blending grit, elegance, ease and refinement.
