DETAILS’ JUSTIN BERKOWITZ TO BECOME NEW FASHION DIRECTOR AT BLOOMINGDALE’S
MR has learned that former Details senior fashion market editor Justin Berkowitz will be replacing current Bloomingdale’s fashion director Josh Peskowitz when he steps down later this month. Peskowitz’s recently announced he was leaving Bloomingdale’s to start his own venture, a retail store in LA, with partners Christophe Desmaison and Simon Golby.
As previously reported by MR, Conde Nast is ceasing publication of the men’s consumer magazine with its December/January issue.
“We have been very appreciative of Josh’s contributions and will miss him,” says Kevin Harter, Bloomingdale’s VP for fashion direction. “With that being said, we are very excited to bring on Justin, and we are confident that he will bring the same passion and creativity to the role as Josh did.”
