FENDI BRINGS TWO NEW ACTIVATIONS TO MIAMI’S DESIGN DISTRICT
Fendi is taking over Miami this summer with two new activations. First up, the new Fendi Caffe at OTL Restaurant, in the heart of Miami’s vibrant Design District, located across from the Italian luxury brand’s boutique.
Located at 160 NE 40th Street, the Fendi Caffe takes over the outdoor corridor of the restaurant, with a sunny Fendi yellow FF Vertigo canopy, and yellow FF Vertigo adorned walls, tables, chairs, and planters, taking a nod from the brand’s most recent collection in collaboration with visual artist Sarah Coleman. Upon entering, guests will immediately discover the bi-level space transformed into an FF Vertigo world, infusing a joyful summer vibe to the space.
The Fendi Caffe space will be adorned with psychedelic yellow FF Vertigo prints to create a captivating graphic look to enrich the setting. Even the tables embrace the colorful FF Vertigo print, with the warped FF logo topping each surface. The theme is continued throughout with custom Fendi table settings and takeaway elements, as well as decorative details for the menu’s food and beverage.
The menu includes a fusion of local and Italian favorite breakfast and lunch items, as well as beverages including a signature FF logo cappuccino served in porcelain cups decorated with Fendi’s signature Pequin striped motif. An evening Aperitivo menu will also be offered. Sweet and savory bites will include special FF logo toast and paninis, as well as a variety of pastries and baked goods in special Fendi packaging.
The Fendi Caffe at OTL is now open through July 5th.
Next up, the Italian luxury brand has launched the Peekaboo Bar at its Miami Design District boutique. Located at 150 NE 40th Street, the new Peekaboo Bar will allow visitors to fully customize their own Mini Peekaboo bag for a limited time.
With over 90 different available components to choose from, each element is customizable for a unique creation, starting from 35 different options for the body of the bag, with 39 choices for handles, and optional add-ons including 8 different ‘Defender’ covers, and 8 embroidered satin Strap You straps.
Embracing the spirit of the FF Vertigo mood, the Fendi Peekaboo Bar will match the joyful theme of the collection in the boutique, with a colorful array of options within a luxurious counter, adorned with complimenting stools for a true café feel.
For the occasion, the Peekaboo offering includes an injection of new materials and metallic tones including denim, leather, patent leather, special embroidery, satin, shearling, and a selection of exotic skins. The Peekaboo handles are available in a wide range of color combinations and materials including leather, metal, plexi, and glitter, for endless combinations for clients to express their own personal style.
The Fendi Peekaboo Bar is now open through June 3rd.
