Five Black Entrepreneurs Chosen To Fill Empty Retail Spaces In Downtown Baltimore

Five entrepreneurs have been selected to take part in a new incubator program designed to fill empty downtown retail spaces with Black-owned businesses. Mayor Brandon Scott and the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore announced today the initial businesses that will be part of the BOOST (Black-Owned and Occupied Storefront Tenancy) program.
