by John Russel Jones

Highsnobiety debuts the fourth installment of its “Not In” experiential series in conjunction with New York Fashion Week after hosting similar events in London, Milan, and Paris earlier this year. The dedicated product and design pop-up will occur at The Standard High Line Hotel in New York City’s Meatpacking District from September 5-8th between 11am-7pm.

Since launching in 2020 with Not in Paris, the “Not In” city series has expanded to key cities across the globe, including London, Milan, Paris, New York, and Miami, in coordination with the events on the creative calendar like Paris Fashion Week, Milan Design Week, Art Basel Miami, etc.

Expressed through omnichannel storytelling, pop-ups, community events, and product collaborations, Not In New York, launching today, is a multidisciplinary festival of culture celebrating the city and more. Highsnobiety has partnered with leaders across the design, culinary, fashion, and music communities, bringing together leaders within their respective creative fields.

The Not in New York takeover at The Standard, High Line, will include public installations, a pop-up store, and several event experiences, including a jazz night with Blue Note Records, a chess club with Maison Margiela and Club Chess, parties at Boom, among other iconic venues, as well as Highsnobiety curated hotel rooms, and more.
