H&M recently announced the launch of a national recruiting campaign, “Place of Possible” geared to attract people who want to break into the fashion industry. Place of Possible will be promoted by national advertising across all mediums including online, outdoor, in-store displays, and a college tour complete with an H&M mobile airstream.

“We are proud to launch of the Place of Possible campaign because we believe the best investment we can make is in our employees,” said Daniel Kulle, president of H&M North America. “H&M loves bringing fashion to the world and we need to find employees that want to join us in our journey.”

H&M touts incredible employee benefits like competitive compensation and advancement opportunities. And so the campaign features personal testimonials from 50 H&M employees, some of whom have created careers from entry-level positions.

The company is searching for a diverse group of driven people to help continue its growth. They plan to open 61 new stores this year (on top of last year’s 62 new stores resulting in the creation of 2,800 new jobs), and open their largest store yet in Manhattan’s Herald Square on May 20.
