ISAIA OPENS FIRST U.S. STANDALONE IN BEVERLY HILLS
There’s now a bit of Naples in Beverly Hills.
Isaia, the upscale Italian menswear brand, opened its first U.S. store in the tony California community last week. The more than 3,000-square-foot store is located at 9527 Brighton Way, just off Rodeo Drive, and features an ivy-covered exterior, large front windows and a contemporary décor. It also has a glass-encased custom tailor shop so customers can view the tailors as they work, a vintage Campari bar, a working red lacquered piano that’s used as a Made to Measure table and a VIP area, the Vesuvio Room.
Half of the store’s stock of tailored clothing, sportswear and accessories is exclusive product that is not available anywhere else in the U.S.
Isaia’s global CEO Gianluca Isaia was on hand to christen the store on Thursday and hosted the Beverly Hills City Council for a coral pinning ceremony and celebratory toast there. A piece of red coral, a symbol of good luck, is also Isaia’s logo.
The in-store event was followed by an intimate cocktail party on a private estate that benefited Philanthropic Society Los Angeles (PSLA), a local charitable organization, with funds going toward the Children’s Institute. High-profile attendees included actress and model Amber Valletta, digital influencer Eric Rutherford and stylist George Kotsiopoulos.
Isaia is scheduled to add a second U.S. store, at 817 Madison Ave. in New York, later this year.
