Jennings Joins Hickey as Brand Manager
NEW YORK – Eric Jennings has joined Hickey-Freeman Co. as brand director of the company’s hickey collection.
In his new post, Jennings will be based at Hickey-Freeman’s offices here and report to Paulette Garafalo, group president and chief operating officer of Hickey-Freeman. He will set the strategic sales and marketing direction for the brand and work closely with its design team. He succeeds Tommy Fazio, who earlier was named fashion director of Bergdorf Goodman Men.

Jennings has been account manager for Hugo Boss Fashions and earlier in his career was with Giorgio Armani Fashion Corp. His experience includes a stint with Nordstrom as assistant manager of the Faconnable division.
The hickey collection, with its deliberate smaller-case “H,” combines Hickey-Freeman’s traditional American fashion sensibility and a younger, more rebellious approach to contemporary menswear. It includes tailored shirts, sport coats, trousers, outerwear, sportswear and accessories.
Garafalo said of Jennings in a statement, “With his extensive sales background and knowledge of the hickey customer, we are confident that he will be a strong addition to the company, and we look forward to a long and successful relationship.”
Hickey-Freeman is owned by Hartmarx Corp.
