JOHN VARVATOS UNVEILS EYEWEAR CAPSULE

John Varvatos has unveiled an exclusive limited-edition eyewear capsule collection.

The new “Artisan Eyewear” collection merges the heart and soul of rock ‘n’ roll with handcrafted designs for a curated selection of eyewear. Drawing inspiration from Varvatos’ personal collection of vintage electric guitars, each style in the Artisan Eyewear roster molds premium materials such as exotic woods, laminate acetates, and titanium accents into reimagined, classic silhouettes both modern and timeless.

“Developing this collection has been an incredible experience,” said Varvatos. “True to its name, ‘Artisan,’ it is thoughtfully handcrafted from some of the most beautiful unique materials and details.”

Handcrafted in Japan, dedicated guitar headstock hinges and guitar-pick temple endcaps define the signature elements of the collection’s four styles. Produced in a limited quantity of 300 units, each piece has been individually numbered in metal foil on the inside temple for a sense of individuality. Each pair comes complete with a leather display case featuring a plush leopard velvet lining.

Launching today, the John Varvatos Artisan Eyewear collection, which retails for $780, will available online, in select John Varvatos boutiques as well as direct optical channels in key markets.
