KOIO TO RELEASE SNEAKER COLLABORATION WITH BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL
Three-year-old luxury leather footwear brand KOIO will collaborate with the Beverly Hills Hotel. The company is paying homage to the hotel’s famed Martinique Banana Leaf wallpaper, developed in 1942 by decorator Don Loper, by introducing three exclusive sneaker styles with the iconic print on September 23. The Italian calf sneakers, which retail from $448 to $498, will be available both online and exclusively through the Beverly Hills Hotel.
In related news, KOIO UES, located at 1086 Madison Avenue in New York City, officially opened on Tuesday, September 19. The new store features the company’s existing collection alongside the brand’s first drops for the upcoming fall season.
This location is the company’s second NYC retail concept store; KOIO Nolita, which is located at 199 Lafayette Street, opened last December.
