LEDBURY OPENS DOORS TO NEW RICHMOND HEADQUARTERS AND FLAGSHIP
Located on the ground floor of the new 11,700-square-foot space is a new 2,000-square-foot retail store that will help the brand better serve its growing customer base. The new store will act as a showroom and feature Ledbury’s full ready-to-wear collection, including shirts, blazers, sweaters, polos, pants and accessories. Customers will be able to browse and try on the full range of products, and store associates will help them place orders to be shipped directly to the customer’s home. This store also prioritizes Ledbury’s made-to-measure and bespoke services more, putting them under the same roof and with dedicated spaces with in the shop.
The second and third floors of the space are reserved for the Ledbury team’s offices, with dedicated areas for production, design, marketing, customer service and operations. The offices were designed for better flow and easier communication within the teams. Massive windows on every floor provide incredible natural light, which is ideal for shopping and working.
“The flagship store creates a venue customers can interact with the full Ledbury brand experience,” Ledbury co-founder and CEO, Paul Trible, tells MR. “When they walk through the door they are not only presented with the full ready-to-wear collection and a private MTM lounge, but they interact with our knowledgeable team and watch local craftsman making shirts in our bespoke workshop right before their eyes. It gives them a complete sense of the brand.”
Trible goes on to maintain his commitment to keeping Ledbury close to its Richmond roots. “Richmond is our home and it’s important that our presence here encapsulates the best of our brand and business,” he continues. “We have customers from all over the county that pass through Richmond to visit the store and meet our team. We wanted to ensure that these customers were treated to a true flagship experience that brought the complete Ledbury story under one roof. Additionally, our home market is a place of experimentation. Whether it is sampling shirts in our workshop that get incorporated into the full line, or a new retail concept that we then take nationally, we always work to get it right in Richmond before sharing it with the world.”
