LENNY KRAVITZ CUSTOM BOOTS ARE COLLAB WITH MODERN VICE AND CHURCH BOUTIQUE
Although it certainly wasn’t new for him, singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, and muscle god Lenny Kravitz was part of award season’s shirtless pack at Sunday night’s Grammys. Well, sort of. The 57-year-old was wearing a see-through, pecs-and-biceps-revealing silver metal cowl-neck top for his red-carpet moment, later swapping the look for a shimmering gold bodysuit that was unzipped just about as far as a PG-rated audience would allow.
If fans weren’t already blinded by Kravitz’s star-power, they may have also noticed his height-boosting boots: The custom, one-of-a-kind pair were designed in collaboration with Modern Vice Designer, Jordan Adoni, and Church Boutique. The heeled knee-high leather boots in black boasted a square-shaped toe. A silver pair rounded out his kinky metallic on-stage look.
Launched in 2012, Modern Vice is a direct-to-consumer made-to-order footwear brand. Products are made of genuine leathers and materials from Italy and the U.S., then crafted to completion at the New York City factory and Italy by highly skilled shoemakers. Other celebrity fans include QuestLove, Kate Hudson, and Swizz Beatz. The brand is currently working on a collaboration with Laura Leezy of Texan musical trio Khruangbin. The ongoing collaboration includes videos featuring the artist in Modern Vice boots filmed at Famed Brooklyn venue House Of Yes. Also upcoming for Adoni and Modern Vice is an exclusive collaboration with Disco House music artist Amy Douglass who recently put out an EP with Domino Records & Joe Goddard.
I really want those boots! ❤️❤️
