LEVI’S AND STARTER BRING TWO ICONIC JACKETS TOGETHER
Levi’s and Starter know something about iconic jackets: For Levi’s, it’s the Type III Trucker, a worldwide phenomenon that’s been a fashion favorite for more than 50 years. For Starter, it’s the classic satin team jacket of the ’80s and ’90s, a staple of team uniforms from that era, as well as classic street style. For Spring/Summer 2024, these two beloved icons are coming together in a new collaboration featuring 12 team jackets that combine classic elements of both brands.
Each jacket’s construction is based on the oversized Levi’s SilverTab Trucker and completed with Starter’s iconic satin nylon fabric, and striped elastic cuff and waistband. Special features include a quilted interior, Levi’s branded hardware, a co-branded jacquard label on the interior left chest pocket, embroidered team logos above the left chest pocket, and a classic Starter logo on the left wrist.
The collection features twelve team jackets from sports franchises across the major leagues, including the L.A. Lakers, N.Y. Knicks, Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics, L.A. Dodgers, S.F. Giants, N.Y. Yankees, N.Y. Mets, S.F. 49ers, L.V. Raiders, and Dallas Cowboys. The Levi’s x Starter collection launches tomorrow, June 6th. It will be available for purchase at levi.com, on the Levi’s app, select Levi’s stores, store.nba.com, mlbshop.com, fanatics, Shiekh shoes, and select NFL, MLB, and NBA arena stores.
