Pack your bags. Liberty Fairs has officially announced it is relocating its Las Vegas menswear show to Los Angeles. The show is slated to take place on August 4th and 5th at a yet-to-be-announced location.

This move was made possible by Liberty’s partnership with LA Men’s Market. The two men’s tradeshows first teamed up in January to launch a dual-branded virtual show in partnership with Joor for the fall/winter 2021 buying season. Now, the duo has officially joined forces and is now one show under the Liberty Fairs moniker.

This announcement follows Liberty’s news last month that it will launch its first in-person tradeshow this summer in Miami at the Miami Beach Convention Center from July 10th-12th. This show will be held in conjunction with Liberty’s sister resort and travel lifestyle show, Cabana.

The tradeshow organizer also noted that moving forward, Liberty Fairs will be considered a hybrid show, offering options for both on and offline experiences to brands and retailers.

“Los Angeles has always been on the horizon for Liberty Fairs,” Edwina Kulego, VP of Liberty Lifestyle & Fashion Fairs, tells MR. “The city is an undeniable hub of fashion and creativity; we have an incredible community of brands and retailers based in L.A. and we are excited to bring Liberty Fairs to a new destination. Our main priority is to execute a safe show that continues to foster commerce, connections, and community.”

Kulego also announced that Sannia Shahid has joined the Liberty Fairs team as sales director. Shahid most recently served as sales and marketing director of LA Men’s Market and has been spearheading its entire operation for years.

“After collaborating with Sannia and LA Men’s Market for our Virtual Marketplace on Joor it was evident that we needed to join forces, collaborate and service our fashion community in a meaningful way,” adds Kulego. “We’re excited to have her on board.”
