LUXURY SPORTSWEAR BRAND, CHERVÒ, GAINS LICENSING TO THE 44TH RYDER CUP APPAREL

by John Russel Jones

Chervò will be the licensed merchandise supplier for the prestigious 44th Ryder Cup, making its debut in Rome, Italy, in Fall 2023. The brand’s team is excited for the opportunity and has crafted a one-of-a-kind collection for the event featuring signature fabrics and technologies.

Managing Partner of Chervò USA, Layne Dempsey says, “With all eyes on our homeland in 2023, we are thrilled to be an Official Licensee for the very first Ryder Cup in Italy. With Rome’s iconography and glamorous backdrop, we are excited to welcome patrons from around the globe in order to show them how Italians truly do it best. With our 40 years of Italian heritage, and as the leading golf sportswear brand in Italy, throughout Europe, and six years new to the USA, it was a match made in heaven. The launch of our SS23 and Ryder Cup collection will give a nod to the Roman-nostalgic patterns and all the history that is Rome, Italy. Our collection will be available at better pro-shops throughout the USA and online at www.chervousa.com starting in April.”

Chervò is currently sold at Mr. Sid in Newton, Mass., and Garmany, in Red Bank, New Jersey. These beautiful, high-end retailers are all family owned, and, like Chervò, share the same values of customer service and impeccable products for an overall extraordinary shopping experience for decades to come.

With golf season in full swing, fans can also check out Chervò’s style on professional players like Kurt Kitayama on the PGA Tour, Jenny Shin and Giulia Molinaro on the LPGA Tour, and Johannes Veerman on the DP World Tour.
