MR PORTER EXPANDS SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter have expanded their ‘Premier’ delivery service to 50 new zip codes across six major counties in the New York tri-state area.

As part of the luxury online retailers’ commitment to customer service, the brands will now offer same-day and nominated-date delivery to Westchester County, New York; Bergen County, New Jersey; and Fairfield County, Connecticut, as well as additional zip codes in Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York and Hudson County, New Jersey.

To date, Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter’s contactless Premier delivery service has been offered to customers in the Greater New York City area and The Hamptons year-round. The newly expanded same-day and nominated-date delivery service comes in response to a growing demand in the greater New York metropolitan area and these newly added regions, where customers desire a simple, fast and seamless experience, bringing the most covetable designer brands at Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter, straight to their door.

Qualifying Daytime Premier orders placed by 10.00am EST will be delivered the same day between 10.00am and 5.00pm, while qualifying Evening Premier orders placed by 2.00pm EST will be delivered the same day between 6.00pm and 9.00pm, seven days a week. Customers who opt for nominated-date delivery can choose which date to have their package delivered up to seven days in advance.
