PACSUN DROPS UFC APPAREL COLLECTION TIMED FOR UFC 300

by John Russel Jones

Youth retailer Pacsun has added an apparel collection in collaboration with the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) timed for the premier of the UFC 300 tonight, airing from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on ESPN.

Following the success of its Fall 2023 UFC debut, which sold out in three weeks, and near sell-out of its holiday drop, Pacsun is launching dedicated fight designs and new classic branded styles for the main event. The UFC is one of Pacsun’s top-selling brands from Q4 and garnered its largest in-store crowd with a Michael Chandler signing event last year, so the retailer is anticipating that this collection will be a smash hit. Sports remains a crucial pillar for Pacsun, closely resonating with its audience and providing a seamless avenue to connect with passionate consumers.

The new capsule features oversized premium tees with event-specific branding and classic UFC logos, as well as designated styles for the fighters on the card: Alex Pereira, Weili Zhang, Justin Gaethje, Charles Oliviera, and Bo Nickal. The collection retails from $25 to $50, and comes in an array of sizes and fits.

Pacsun will also be on the Las Vegas Strip next weekend with dynamic activations around the UFC300 at the Wynn. Friday through Saturday, guests can order the fight-inspired collection and other evergreen UFC apparel poolside from their daybeds and cabanas at the Encore Beach Club. Pacsun will also activate inside XS Nightclub on Friday night, and following the main event on Saturday, there will be a dedicated Pacsun buildout for an immersive brand experience, allowing clubgoers to explore the collection while capturing the occasion on a branded step and repeat and 360 photo booth.
