Legacy West has announced the upcoming late spring openings of Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch, Chanel Beauty, and Gucci. The arrival of these global luxury brands is a first for Plano, Texas.

These stores will occupy a combined 16,529 square feet of retail space at Legacy West to include: Louis Vuitton comes in at 4,084 square feet; Tiffany & Co. will be 4,148 square feet; Tory Burch is 2,060 square feet; Gucci is 5,237 square feet; and Chanel Beauty will occupy 1,000 square feet.

Strategically located directly across from Legacy Hall, which is recognized as a national one-of-a-kind artisanal food hall, these newcomers will be a welcoming addition to a fantastic lineup of existing tenants along Windrose Avenue. It also demonstrates ownership’s commitment to providing guests, residents, and tenants with an unparalleled world-class experience.

Legacy West, which launched in 2017, was developed in a partnership between global real estate investment manager Invesco Real Estate, The Karahan Company, and Columbus Realty. The Plano, TX mixed-use project includes 343,000 square feet of retail; 435,000 square feet of office space; and 782 multi-family units.

“The property has become a hub for those in search of the best in shopping and dining in the North Texas area, and that is why it is so fitting to have these luxury brands come to Legacy West,” said Mark Masinter, managing member of Open Realty Advisors. “This project has gained significant momentum since opening in 2017 and, in spite of the temporary challenges the retail industry is currently facing, we anticipate more high-profile and like-minded brands will come to the development.”

“The arrival of these premium brands to Legacy West is the culmination of decades of hard work and vision,” added Fehmi Karahan, master developer of Legacy West and president and CEO of The Karahan Companies. “The project’s success has always been based on delivering exciting experiences to the residents of North Texas. Today that experience evolves to include the best of luxury retail.”

“We’re very excited to bring a carefully curated group of luxury brands to Legacy West–especially of this caliber,” commented Dave Laner, senior director of asset management at Invesco Real Estate. “We believe our guests will appreciate ownership’s 100 percent commitment to continue the expansion of our offerings at a variety of price points in multiple categories, that allow our customers a best-in-class shopping and dining experience that can’t be replicated online.”
