PSYCHO BUNNY OPENS FIRST FREESTANDING RETAIL STORE IN NEW YORK CITY
Psycho Bunny has opened a permanent mono-brand store in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood, marking its first-ever freestanding retail store in the United States. The store is a continuation of the brand’s U.S. expansion that started in the Fall of 2019. Over the past few years, Psycho Bunny has seen incredible growth, resulting in 20 new stores in 2021 and more than 30 openings planned for 2022.
The 677-square-foot store is in the heart of Manhattan and is located near some of the most widely shopped brands on 5th avenue. Featuring streetwear and everyday essentials integrated into a merchandise gallery wall, the NYC store will catch the eye of the shoppers with the brand’s signature neon bunny sign – a fan favorite for selfies, and a large-scale LED video wall displaying the brand’s vibrant stories.
“Psycho Bunny is thrilled to see such tremendous retail growth and particularly proud of this quintessential Manhattan shopping location,” said Kenny Minzberg, COO of Psycho Bunny. “Our unique take on menswear has earned us a very loyal customer base and we are grateful and excited to drive continued growth throughout 2022 and beyond.”
Founded in 2005 with a mission of creating the perfect polo, Psycho Bunny has developed a cult following thanks to its commitment to quality, its eye-popping colors, and an unconventional logo that stands apart in the sea of sameness. They have since expanded from polos into a full collection of lifestyle apparel and accessories including tracksuits, outerwear and so much more. Psycho Bunny offers a playground for self-expression, with clothes that let you wear your personality on your sleeve and your character on your collar.
The store will carry the brand’s full assortment, which includes key categories such as T-shirts, polos, outerwear, and its recent addition of accessories. For every $200 spent, customers will receive a free Psycho Bunny canvas tote bag, while supplies last.
