Ralph Lauren Shuffles Execs for New Brand Management Structure
Ralph Lauren Corp. has promoted three executives as it continues its move toward a brand management business model. Christopher Peterson has been promoted to president of global brands, Mitchell Kosh has been promoted to chief administrative officer and Robert Madore has been promoted to chief financial officer. Jackwyn Nemerov will remain president and COO and Valerie Hermann will continue as president of Ralph Lauren Luxury Brands.

As we move to a new global organizational structure, these executive leadership changes will allow us to maximize the potential of our brands and drive global growth.”
Christopher Peterson, the new president of global brands, was previously an EVP and held both the chief administrative officer and chief financial officer roles. He will continue to report to CEO Ralp Lauren.
Mitchell Kosh, the new chief administrative officer, was previously EVP of human resources and Robert Madore, the new CFO, was previously SVP of finance.
