Rich Honiball Comes Aboard at NEXCOM

Industry veteran Rich Honiball has been drafted for a new job: chief merchandising and marketing officer for the Navy Exchange Service Command, or NEXCOM, which offers cost-saving goods and services to those in the U.S. military.

Honiball boasts more than 25 years of professional experience. He most recently worked at PDB Advisory Group, where he counseled apparel and other companies in marketing and merchandising. Prior to joining PDB, he was SVP of marketing, licensing and e-commerce at Haggar and vice president of private brands at JCPenney. He has also held senior positions at Brooks Brothers and Jos. A. Bank.

Honiball starts his new role on June 29 and will be based in Virginia.

NEXCOM manages 100 Navy Exchange (NEX) facilities and almost 300 stores worldwide, 39 Navy Lodges, the Ships Stores Program, the Uniform Program Management Office, the Navy Clothing Textile and Research Facility and the Telecommunications Program Office.
