RICHARD BINDER’S NEW ROLE AT 34 HERITAGE

The management team of Mavi/34 Heritage announces a newly repositioned role for Richard Binder, their widely respected VP/National Sales Manager, who was instrumental in building the 34Heritage business in the U.S. from its launch in 2011 to one of the most successful luxury lifestyle companies in the men’s market. Richard will focus his efforts on serving key major accounts, attending the trade show circuit, and overseeing special projects on behalf of the brand. As SVP of Sales, Volkan Ureten will take over some of Richard’s day-to-day responsibilities to ensure a seamless transition.

Says Volkan, “We are delighted to acknowledge Richard’s impeccable work ethic and commitment to building the 34 Heritage brand. From the beginning, Richard proved himself to be an invaluable manager who would always go above and beyond for his retail accounts. The frequent road trips allowed me to get to know the independent store owners on both a professional and personal level. With regular store visits, I’ve been able to better service my accounts, knowing exactly what each of them needs, and convincing them to try new styles they didn’t know they could sell. Learning about their families, their hobbies, their hopes and dreams has made my job as much about friendship as about business. Fortunately, I’ll still see everyone at trade shows and in our Seventh Avenue offices once a week.”
