RONALD BALINSKY ACQUIRES 50% STAKE IN BERLE MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Charleston-based Berle Manufacturing Company, established in 1946, is excited to announce that Ronald Balinsky (above) has acquired a 50% stake in their company. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Berle’s commitment to expanding and strengthening its business.
Ronald Balinsky is the owner of Montreal- and NYC-based Ballin, a leading pants manufacturer also founded in 1946 and also family-operated. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a visionary approach to the company. His investment in Berle underscores his belief in the company’s potential for growth and his commitment to helping guide it to new heights.
