RUBENSTEINS NEW ORLEANS SEEKS MASTER TAILOR
We are looking for a Master Tailor to run our tailor shop. You will work with garments made by skilled artisans from Italy and around the world who stitch by hand and would expect our tailor to be able to take apart a suit and put it back together with the same skills. As the head of the tailor shop, your time management and project management skills are important to running an efficient and orderly tailor shop with 1 or 2 sewists while managing sales associates’ expectations.
Our tailor is expected to assist with fitting customer purchases and assist associates in made-to-measure and custom measurements and fittings. We offer full benefits; medical, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, personal days, and profit sharing. The cost of relocation and/or any travel is negotiable with a starting salary of $70,000.
