SEIKO OPENS NEW BOUTIQUE IN MIAMI
Famed watchmaker Seiko Corporation of America has opened a new boutique at 130 NE 40th Street in Miami, Florida.
The store, which is only the company’s second boutique in the United States, is primarily dedicated to Seiko’s prestigious collections, including Grand Seiko, Astron and Credor. It will also unveil collections never before sold in the U.S., including Presage, and various boutique exclusives within the U.S., including the Prospex collection.
“The opening of our Miami Seiko Boutique truly signifies the beginnings of Seiko’s position as a permanent global leader in the timepiece industry. This boutique is a showcase of Seiko’s craftsmanship and technologies in watchmaking,” said Akio Naito, chairman of the Seiko Corporation of America. “Following the standards from boutiques in Tokyo, Paris, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Cairo, New York City, Sydney and Dubai, the Miami Design District store will add a new and continued superior level of exposure of the ever-growing U.S. and global presence.”
A special opening event was held at Michael’s Genuine in Miami, hosted Naito and attended by over 100 industry and Miami influencers.
