TERMINAL 27 PARTNERS WITH MIDDLEMAN FOR L.A. POP-UP

by Stephen Garner

Los Angeles hub Terminal 27 has launched an exclusive pop-up in partnership with underground archival fashion boutique Middleman. The partnership features Middleman’s first-ever foray into womenswear, featuring 150 pieces from brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, Stephen Sprouse, and Tom Ford’s Gucci, among others.

With pop-ups just once or twice a year between Los Angeles and New York, these events are the only time that Middleman’s exclusive offline inventory is made available to the public. Serving beyond a shopping event, Middleman gives loyal customers the opportunity to meet the founders and the rare opportunity to see the items in person and outside of the website—all while creating a community of archive enthusiasts and a space for discussion.

Featured brands include but are not limited to Jean Paul Gaultier, Issey Miyake, Martin Margiela, Walter Van Beirendonck, and Yohji Yamamoto, alongside lesser-known labels such as Lieve Van Gorp, Yoshiyuki Konishi, and Ruffo Research.

The Terminal 27 x Middleman Pop-Up is now open at 8271 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles through March 27th.
